Refund policy

Non Returnable

This item is non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different / wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. In such a circumstance, we shall request you to contact us at kosihandi@gmail.com. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund / replacement.

To start a return, you can contact us at kosihandi@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and arrange for a pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Incase of receipt of a damaged, perforated or puffed product, we shall request you to not accept the shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
